Preparation

As I wound my yarn today I realized I felt much better preparing rather than waiting for the “right time” to prepare my yarn.

winding

It lifted my mood (I woke up so far on the wrong side of the bed this morning I almost fell over), it excited me with anticipation for future projects. And now I’m going to go hang out in the one air-conditioned room of the house and knit. Just to relax, you know. Because the next few days are going to be long.

Today we got a 3-in-1 copy-scan-printer. On sale. For cheap. I’m so excited to be able to copy stuff! And I’m getting my own once I get back to school. Because it’s cheap and I’d like to have my own printer for once. Also, I got new rechargeable batteries for my camera to replace my 5-year-old-wearing-out ones, so woo hoo! The camera should work better now!

It’s a crazy weekend for us, so take care and talk to you again in a few days! Head over to Lunsh.net where Becky and I will answer any questions you have of us in the meantime.

The equipment you use to prepare your yawn looks fascinating. What exactly does preparing your yawn involve, tho?

I wonder what new goodies will you be knitting this time. ;)

A 3-in-1 copy-scan-printer? I’m envious! I don’t even have a printer at home. The last one conked out of my after one year, and I’ve been living without one for the past three years or so. So I do my printing in school, or my mum does it for me at work. And I “scan” and “copy” stuff by taking a photo of the document using my camera and uploading it. :/

    How primitive, I know. Heh.

Man, I love that yarn-winder-thingy. On one hand I wish I had one but the cats would go nuts over it so… maybe it’s best that I don’t. Where do you store something like that? It looks big…
