Chunky Green, Ugh

You know what? I hate picking up stitches.

It’s something like 36.5-37″. And that’s way too big for me. It should be closer to 34″. And I HATE picking up stitches. And I’m going to have to do it all over again.

You know what else? I’m knitting the sleeves before I knit the whole stupid body again. I don’t care. I can’t rip again already.

And it’s too LONG. I don’t know what to do about that!!!!! This is why I like socks better than anything else. It is so much harder to go wrong.

Current stockinette gauge: 14sts/4in. Huh. 16sts/4in = called for. Forget it. I am probably going to spend this evening ripping. Sigh. I PLANNED on knitting the smallest size. It just didn’t work out for my lower torso. For the upper apparently it was necessary. I blame the schematic.

Angry angry angry. Tired tired tired. Tired tired TIRED.

Happy October.

I think it will be really cute when it’s done!!! Although when you rip out stuff a lot (like I do) the ripping out means nothing to you.
